Enrollment Application Process
Click on the following link and complete the form. This will allow you to create an account on our online portal to begin the registration process: TeacherEase Registration Portal
Download and complete the following form so that we can request records from your student's previous school: Request for Records form. You may bring the form to the school when you are enrolling your student, or you may email the completed form to the registrar June Day, jday@agpirates.com to expedite the process of acquiring your student's records.
When enrolling your student, please bring the following documents with you: your student's birth certificate, social security card, proof of residency (mortgage document or rental contact), and immunization record. We will also need a copy of a parent/guardian's driver license or state id. If you have questions about anything in this process, please call the Counseling Office at 417-751-2330 and then select the High School Directory. You may reach the Counseling Office with option 4 or the Registrar with option 8 for more information.
